What is Cannon Blaster?

Cannon Blaster is a turn-based artillery battle set across tropical islands. Adjust your bearing, elevation, and powder, then fire across the water to damage rival crews or tear away the ground beneath them.

How to play Cannon Blaster

1

Choose your battle

Start in Single player or Multiplayer, then pick a pictured island or generate a random map. Solo play can include up to twelve stations, while local humans can join for pass-and-play.

2

Aim across the island

In Island view (3), drag across land or water to move the landing ring. The barrel, powder setting, and dotted trajectory update with your aim.

3

Set the shot power

Tap FIRE to use the displayed aim, or hold FIRE or Space and release at the power you want. Wind, ridges, and range can all limit where the shell lands.

4

Reshape the battlefield

Crates, craters, and collapsing footing stick around. Hit a mount for damage, score a barrel bullseye to cost a life, or dig deep enough for the sea to move in.

5

Use the camera tools

WASD or the arrow keys also aim, Shift makes fine adjustments, V changes cameras, and F follows a shot. You can watch your projectile, everyone’s shots, or none of them.

Play Cannon Blaster in your browser

Cannon Blaster is a browser-playable HTML5 game, so you can jump straight into the island battle from the game page. There is no separate install to manage; WebGL 2 is required.

Cannon Blaster tips

1

Read the landing ring

The landing ring shows where the displayed shot is headed, while bouncing, rolling, and cluster ammunition use it to mark the first contact.

💡Adjust your aim until the ring sits where the first impact matters most.

2

Mind the footing

Stations can tilt or sink when the ground below them fails, so digging under a rival may be more useful than hitting the mount directly.

💡Target the terrain beneath a station when a direct hit is difficult.

3

Watch before firing

Pause can keep the camera at your cannon, follow active crews, or show AI crews aiming before they fire.

💡Use the pause camera options to study how the AI lines up a shot.

Why play Cannon Blaster?

💥

Every shot changes the map

A miss is not always wasted. Regular iron can carve trenches, remove cover, and leave the next turn looking completely different.

🌴

Tropical artillery atmosphere

Palm leaves shed when shells brush by, wood splits on impact, and distant cannon fire arrives softened by the coast.

🎮

Bring a crew to the couch

Set up local human captains for pass-and-play, or use a multiplayer lobby where friends can replace AI first.

🧩

Pick the right ammunition

Fifteen ammunition types give you more to consider than simply firing harder, including bounce, split, shield, repair, and terrain-changing rounds.
