What is Cloudlift?

Cloudlift is an original cargo-planning puzzle by Spunky Game. A single hook serves neighboring freight stacks in a floating harbor. Decide what to clear, what to park temporarily, and which space must stay open for the next request.

How to play

  1. Select a stack, then its left or right neighbor. The top crate moves for one lift if the destination has enough height.
  2. A normal crate occupies one slot; a tall crate occupies two. You cannot split a crate or move one buried below another.
  3. Select the rightmost loading dock and press Load airship when its top symbol matches the next manifest item. Loading is free; all requests are visible.
  4. Load the entire manifest to win. At zero lifts you may still load matching dock cargo. You lose only when no legal transfer or matching load remains; success takes priority.

Controls

Click or tap stack buttons and the labelled Load, Pause and Retry controls. With a keyboard use Tab, then Enter or Space. Select the same stack again to cancel. A selected source and legal neighbors are marked in words. Pausing freezes the hook animation; leaving the page pauses play.

Inside the harbor

Order matters

Three cargo symbols identify requests without relying on color.

Room to think

Tall cargo and neighboring moves make temporary storage part of the puzzle.

Twelve fixed voyages

Six difficulty stages use verified solutions and increasingly tight lift budgets.

Questions on the dock

Why can’t I move this crate?

Only a stack’s top crate can move, and only to a neighbor with enough height. Each transfer also needs one remaining lift.

Why won’t the airship take my cargo?

The crate must be on top of the rightmost stack and match the next symbol in the manifest. Select that dock, then press Load airship.

Can I load with zero lifts?

Yes. Loading costs no lift. Correct dock cargo can still be loaded, and completing the manifest wins immediately.

What changes between difficulties?

Later voyages add stacks, cargo, tall crates and tighter lift budgets. The last two voyages allow no spare lifts beyond a verified shortest solution.

Is there undo or a hint button?

No. Retry restores the same fixed layout and full lift budget. All twelve levels are available so you can practice any stage.

Where is progress saved?
